Frustrated by the lack of personalized, long-term guidance available, she developed her own research-based approach—one that focuses on truly understanding each student and highlighting their unique strengths, stories, and aspirations.

Girija partners closely with students and families, offering clarity, structure, and encouragement through every step of the college admissions process. Today, she brings the same care and commitment that helped her own children succeed to each student she works with—empowering them to pursue their goals with confidence and purpose.

Arun’s passion for education stems from his belief in the power of mentorship. He has guided close to a hundred students through coaching, internship opportunities, essay development and letters of recommendation. His goal at Chrysalis Consulting is to guide students in achieving their college dreams, leveraging his strategic expertise to empower the next generation of leaders.
